With summer winding down and everyone prepping for fall it can be difficult to feel inspired. You’ve probably stopped buying warm weather pieces and you need to work with what you got!
Here are my favorite easy summer looks for the final days of this season.
The Button-down and Shorts
This is a look that I would wear to a barbecue or dressier weekend event with friends. I like it because the button-down gives it a dressy vibe while the spotted shorts make this look more easy going and fun.

The Jumpsuit and Heels
In late summer it’s hard for me to dress for work because it’s freezing in the AC, but hot and humid outside on the street. When I am feeling uninspired I reach for this great jumpsuit.

This jumpsuit is great for warm weather because it’s a lightweight fabric, but I am able to wear long pants and sleeves to keep me relatively warm at the office. The silhouette of this jumpsuit lends itself to wearing a jacket. I throw a jacket over this look if I chilly in the AC. The best part about jumpsuits is they are so easy to wear out after work so you can easy transition from desk to drinks.

The T-Shirt Dress and Sneakers
This is the definition of a simple summer look that I can wear everywhere. I love a good t-shirt dress on the weekend with sneakers for running errands and doing chores around the house. You definitely can’t go wrong with a t-shirt dress. I love to look for new t-shirt dresses in places like the GAP and Amazon.
